The Opora mobile application ("App") is operated by Limited Liability Company "Hope Ukraine" ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you signify that you have read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and agree to be bound by and comply with them. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Opora is a digital rehabilitation platform designed to support individuals recovering from physical injuries, surgical procedures, strokes, and other medical conditions. The App provides personalized home rehabilitation programs, health tracking tools, state benefits navigation, and community support.

IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any rehabilitation program. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately (103 in Ukraine).

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. The App is not intended for children under the age of 18.

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@opora.app if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

The App offers both free and paid subscription tiers. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the respective platform. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By submitting content to the App, including health data, feedback, or community messages, you grant Limited Liability Company "Hope Ukraine" a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. You agree not to submit content that is false, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, exercise videos, and software — are the exclusive property of Limited Liability Company "Hope Ukraine" and are protected by Ukrainian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our express written consent.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner, that the App is free of viruses or harmful components, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of the App. We disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Limited Liability Company "Hope Ukraine" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Limited Liability Company "Hope Ukraine" and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on our website.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
